As Mayvin approaches its 10th anniversary, we invite you to join three special Mayvin Community events reflecting on a decade of People Change.

We're celebrating 10 years of Mayvin with a series of special anniversary events for our clients and the Mayvin Community. You're invited to join us as we welcome in the new decade and reflect on 10 years of creating People Change together.

Founded in 2010 by Martin Saville and James Traeger, with Sarah Fraser joining the director team in 2014, Mayvin has helped people across the public, private and third sectors to manage the uncertainty and messiness of today's organisations and create real, lasting change. Over the years, Mayvin has grown in size and aspiration and our clients and community look to us for the latest thinking in the fields of Organisation Development and Design (OD & D), HR, Leadership and Management.

"When we set up Mayvin in 2010, we saw it as an ongoing experiment, a living inquiry into whether we could walk our talk as practitioners of organisation and people change. This inquiry has thrown unanticipated challenges our way (not the least in 2020) as well as fantastic opportunities. But the greatest gift we have had was to be able to develop a fabulous community of co-inquirers, across our growing band of clients, associates, colleagues and friends. This has been a revelation for us, for which are hugely grateful; a joy that makes us so hopeful and excited for the next ten years!"

– James Traeger, Mayvin Director of Research
