Faculty

On this programme you will benefit from world-leading faculty, experts with real-world experience. We are inviting some of the leading providers of People and Organisation Development practice to co-host an annual residential, in addition to the core learning of the programme. In the first iteration of the programme, the guest hosts will be the world-famous NTL institute, one of the founding institutions of Organisation Development Practice. In Year 1, through the ‘Intervention Strategies’ module, direct from the NTL Certificate in OD Programme, you will increase your capability in planning and applying a variety of intervention approaches at individual, group, inter-group, and organisational level. In Year 2, NTL Faculty will be offering the Human Interaction Laboratory (‘T-Group) as the guest residential.
