Last month, Mayvin Director James Traeger featured on Associate Consultant Helena Clayton’s podcast ‘Love and Leadership’ a series of conversations exploring the role love could (and maybe should) play in our workplaces.

Helena quotes James as being one of the first people who heard her state ‘I think I’m going to start exploring the role love might play in an organisation’, so it certainly feels apt that he features on her podcast to sit down and discuss the topic further.

This episode (Ep4) dives into ‘Love in Organisations’ exploring ideologies such as how love might be a form of glue in an organisation, how anger is such an important emotion, whether love is more of a process than a ‘thing’, how fatherhood triggers love and why the worse thing an organisation could do would be to appoint a Director of Love.
