Helena is a leadership development and OD consultant. She practices as a coach and facilitator working with individuals, teams and organisations to help them build their capability and effectiveness.
Helena works across all sectors and at all levels within organisations, Current and recent work includes: working with the Executive Team of a public sector body shadow consulting and team coaching as they develop their strategy; working with the top 40 leaders in a private sector organisation to develop their leadership through coaching and Action Learning; coaching the General Counsel of a high street brand as he develops a more strategic approach to his leadership; teaching and facilitating on an MSc in people and Organisational Development.
She began her career in operational and strategic HR with Dennis Publishing, Aon and Touche Ross. She also spent 7 years at Roffey Park Institute, the later years as a Director, and so brings to her work a personal understanding of leadership and of creating change from the inside. She is keenly interested in how organisations and individuals can balance head, heart and spirit. Current and past clients include: Virgin Atlantic, Post Office, Sovereign Housing, Capita, Port of London Authority and various Civil Service departments.
As well as her first degree, Helena holds a Masters in Leadership and Learning from Lancaster University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Career Consulting from Birkbeck. She has trained as a teacher of the Hoffman Process and hold as ICR accredited coaching qualification.
