He has worked across multiple industries, including telecoms, retail and music, delivering and embedding Continuous Improvement, Customer Experience and Change Management methodologies.
The core of Dave’s work is centred around people – be it employees or customers. They are the heartbeat of success and improvements in the working and personal lives of those are critical to transformation success. By empowering people to tackle problems and improvements in their control, they improve their working environment and improve the customer experience, ultimately leading to a more profitable organisation.
Dave is the co-author of ‘Supercharging the Customer Experience’, released in June 2024, focussing on importance organisational alignment to drive performance. In 2025, Dave was recognised by Customer Experience Magazine in the CXMStars™ Top Influencers, ranking 5thglobally. Dave is passionate about driving meaningful change through proactive customer engagement, improved business processes, and data-driven insights. He frequently shares his knowledge as a speaker, workshop host, and panel moderator, helping businesses unlock growth through enhanced employee engagement and customer experiences.
Dave lives in Essex with his girlfriend and son, and is eagerly preparing to welcome twin daughters into his family.
