We are delighted to announce that Carolyn Norgate has joined the Mayvin Team as Principal Consultant, on a one-year secondment from the UK Civil Service Organisation Development and Design Specialist Partnering function.
The stars were aligned so that Carolyn has been able to come onboard at a time when Mayvin Director Sarah Fraser is preparing to go on maternity leave.
This presents a wonderful opportunity for us to explore further potential to develop our work, particularly with NGOs, charities, the NHS and in the wider public sector. We are very excited about the benefits this will bring our clients.

Carolyn has been connected with Mayvin since 2011, firstly in her previous role at Guys and St Thomas’s NHS Trust and then with the Civil Service’s Organisation Development and Design Specialist Partnering Unit. She has an excellent reputation as an Organisational Learning, Leadership, Development and Design (OD&D) practitioner, and as a published thought leader in our field. With Sarah Fraser going on maternity leave very soon, we are delighted to know that Sarah’s work with our International NGO/third sector clients will be in very experienced hands.
