The Transformative Masters for Changing Times.

We are beyond thrilled to finally be able to tell you our exciting news:

Introducing our new Masters (MA) in People and Organisation Development in partnership with the University of Chichester.

The creation of this Masters has been a long-held ambition of Mayvin, it represents an evolution in Organisation Development learning, delivered within a vibrant community and accessed in a way that’s relevant to both employers and professionals, now and well into the future.”  Dr James Traeger, Programme Director

We’ve been working hard with the Mayvin community to share a fresh, practical and flexible programme that empowers organisations and professionals to lead complex change in a modern world.

The three-year, part-time course blends immersive residentials with online learning delivered by world-leading faculty including NTL Institute and their Human Interaction Laboratory T-Group.
