Tony Fraser's business track record is complemented by psychotherapy training to enable him to work with people on emotional and relationship as well as business issues.
With more than 20 years experience of working in Europe, Africa, Asia, the Middle East and USA Tony has a deep and practical understanding of cultural influences on organisation behaviour.
Tony has held senior management positions in large corporations in Human Resources, Strategic Planning and Business Development. He used this experience to establish and successfully lead his own Organisation Consulting Business from which he retired in 2008. As an OD consultant, Tony led many large scale organisation and leadership development projects in the private, public and not for profit sectors
Although partly retired, Tony still maintains a coaching practice and leads the Gestalt in OD programmes at the London Gestalt Centre.
Alongside his role as Chair of Mayvin he also holds several other non-exec roles including NED positions at Academy of Executive Coaching Ltd, Pheonix GTherapy Practice and The British Gestalt Journal Ltd.
Tony is the author of books and articles on interpersonal skills and management development including the Management of Interpersonal Skills Training and Gestalt in Management.
Married, with two grown-up daughters, Tony enjoys a wide variety of outdoor pursuits including ocean sailing, motorcycling and allotment gardening.
