Vee Halliwell is passionate about the power of collective thinking, enjoys working with complexity and offers openness, flexibility and energy. Vee is skilled at helping leaders and their teams prosper during times of change and uncertainty often against a backdrop of demanding environments. She is particularly interested in building and developing leadership groups and boards and regularly uses Lencioni's 5 Dysfunctions of a team as a lens for this work.
Vee started her career in retail, working for Harrods and on the Marks and Spencer graduate scheme and then went on to hold senior HR roles in Time Warner, Electronic Arts, Whitbread, and The Times Educational Supplement / Times Higher Education. As a consultant she has worked with a broad range of clients ranging from Not-for-profits to Tech Start-Ups.
She has extensive global experience having lived / worked in the USA, China and the Caribbean as well having had responsibilities within Europe, South Africa and India. She s a Human Systems Dynamics practitioner, holds a Certificate in Organisational Development from the National Training Institute for Applied Behavioural Science and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. She also holds a CIM postgraduate diploma in marketing. Vee’s practice is grounded in mindfulness and Buddhist psychology and she is Co-founder of a mindfulness training organisation.
