Political Shift Towards Appreciative
Noticing the US election shift with a more positive, policy focused campaign from the Democrats and the uplift they are seeing in support. Also the more appreciative, trusting approach being brought in by Labour in the UK, compared to the impact the negative, deficit, othering approach adopted by the previous government that contributed to the recent unrest.

But, Low Employee Engagement Globally
But with employee engagement levels globally at a low, combined with rising bullying, harassment and discrimination. 

What's going on?
Employers, in the main, probably think they are in the 'caring employers' category and so in this session we will be asking:

• What systemic patterns are at play that mean this isn't actually the case?
• What can be done to counter this?
• What does impactful Appreciative Leadership look like on the ground?
