The focus of our most recent event was Artful Approaches to Organisational Change where we explored how an artful approach can create the spaces of reflection needed for more open, honest conversations about change in organisations. This event brought together two strands of our research into doing Organisation Development and Design for real in organisations: practice-based learning and the real language of organisations.
We examined questions such as:
- How can we create spaces of reflection that get us closer to the grain of the work?
- How can an artful approach help people to share their experiences of organisational change in a way that is accessible to others?
- How can we embrace complex organisational problems in an artful way?
