Here at Mayvin we truly believe that great OD practice is underpinned by great noticing. During this session we will explore the practice of noticing and artful ways of knowing.
Come and join us as we take an artful approach to noticing.
The session will include:
- Networking with likeminded people
- A space to reflect and slow down
- Content, exercises and discussion around the importance of noticing
- The Artful exercise is sculpting/moulding, so please bring along any malleable material you can e.g. clay, Blu Tac, Play Dough etc.
