"Leadership in the New Era"

We are looking forward to hosting our next Alumni event in May, which will include the usual opportunities to network, reflect on practice and celebrate our graduation.
Our guest speakers this time will be colleagues and alumni from the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero who will share how they have taken insights and practices from the world of OD, including Mayvin's programmes, and crafted an Adaptive Leadership programme for this new department.
They will explore how they decoded OD language and concepts to craft a proposal for a leadership development pilot that fits their current context as well as reflecting on the impact of the programme so far.

What to expect
Mayvin alumni are invited to come along to our face-to-face event to:
- Network with likeminded people
- Have further conversations around practice-based learning in times of continued disruption
- Celebrate our recent programme graduates
- Listen to guest speakers
- Hold space for topics you'd like to cover - so please do come with some ideas

10:00am - Seated and starting
12:30pm - Lunch and networking, for those who wish to stay and chat further
1:30pm - Close
