Tony’s business track is complemented by psychotherapy training to enable him to work with people on emotional and relationship as well as business issues.
With more than 20 years experience of working in Europe, Africa, Asia, the Middle East and USA Tony has a deep and practical understanding of cultural influences on organisation behaviour.
As well as Chairing Mayvin, Tony works as a business mentor using his experience and coaching skills to support several consulting businesses to establish and achieve their ambitions.
He continues to apply his expertise in Gestalt based OD by leading workshops on the subject at the Gestalt Centre London.
Tony is the author of books and articles on interpersonal skills and management development including the Management of Interpersonal Skills Training and Gestalt in Management.
Married, with two grownup daughters, Tony enjoys a wide variety of outdoor pursuits including ocean sailing, motorcycling and allotment gardening.
