We've been making some changes...
Over the past year, Mayvin has been evolving, and we'd like to share the developments with you. These changes are guided by two key factors: adapting to our shifting environment to remain agile and responsive to our clients' changing needs; plus a natural progression in Mayvin’s journey, reflecting our evolving ambitions and personal milestones of our leadership team.
Leadership Transitions

James Traeger has moved into a new role, becoming Mayvin’s non-executive Chair. As a co-founder and Director since 2010, James has been instrumental in shaping Mayvin's identity, practice and growth. He will continue as co-Programme Director of Mayvin’s Masters in People and Organisation Development alongside Carolyn Norgate, and will remain actively involved in nurturing our consulting practice.

Sarah Fraser will become a non-executive Director of the business later this year, pursuing new challenges while continuing to lead Mayvin’s Research Hub. Her ongoing involvement ensures the Hub remains a vibrant centre for exploring the future of organisations and organisational practices.

Tony Nicholls retired at the end of March, marking the conclusion of a significant chapter with Mayvin.
Watch or listen to Listen to James’ and Tony’s podcast as they reflect on their career transitions in a relaxed, engaging 10-minute conversation.

We’re delighted to share that Carolyn Norgate has officially stepped into the role of Director. Working alongside CEO Martin Saville, she will provide executive leadership to the business. Carolyn’s wealth of experience, thoughtful leadership, and deep alignment with Mayvin’s values continue to be invaluable in supporting our growth and success.
Looking to the Future
Our commitment to positively impact the world—supporting those who strive to create meaningful change - is unwavering . We are passionate about Mayvin’s role in helping organisations become both more human and successful, a need that is greater now than ever.
We look forward to this next chapter and appreciate your continued support and partnership.
