A dual UK-US national who has worked globally, Javier’s experience has spanned organisations of all shapes and sizes, from Bay Area start-ups to global titans like Apple and Walgreens Boots Alliance. This experience has been across several industries: Retail & Consumer Goods, Media & Publishing, Business Services, Financial Services, Technology & Telecommunications, Infrastructure & Transport, Government.
He has a solid foundation in programme and project management that underpins all his consulting work, enabling him to turn strategic plans into reality. Since the start of his career he has been a hands-on project and team manager, training with the Project Management Institute (PMI) since the late ‘90s and earning his Agile ScrumMaster certification in 2020.
At the core of Javier’s work is customer centricity, whether those customers are internal or external, including end-users, staff, managers, suppliers, partners, regulators, and society at large. Be it designing Barclays’s first online mortgage experience, or the internal triage process for the Chartered Management Institute’s first PMO, Javier loves working with people to shape solutions that work for them.
Javier lives in southeast London with his husband. When he’s not mixing cocktails, perfecting brunch recipes, enjoying nature, or disco dancing, he’s often planning visits to see his family in his hometown of Las Vegas or otherwise travelling to scratch his anthropological itch.
