Dahna is a leadership and transformation specialist with more than 20 years' experience working with boards, executive teams and senior leaders across complex UK and global organisations.
Having led and advised large-scale transformation programmes involving investments of more than £100m and transformation teams of more than 200 people, Dahna understands first-hand the pressures leaders face when navigating significant change. Her experience spans top-tier consulting, industry, government and the public sector, where she has worked as a trusted advisor to boards, executive teams and senior leaders.
Today, Dahna's work focuses less on the mechanics of transformation and more on the human dynamics that determine whether change succeeds. She often works with leaders and leadership teams when their usual ways of operating are no longer sufficient to meet the complexity, uncertainty or change they are facing. Drawing on extensive experience of organisational transformation, leadership development and coaching, she helps leaders create the space to see what is really driving behaviours and decisions, and create the conditions for more effective relationships, stronger leadership and better organisational outcomes.
Known for building trusted relationships quickly, Dahna creates spaces where leaders can have honest conversations, explore difficult challenges and address the underlying patterns that may be limiting individual, team or organisational performance. She has worked with many FTSE 100 and international organisations, including Ocado Group, Home Retail Group, Philips, Best Buy International, Carphone Warehouse, BP Retail (Globally), Sainsbury's, Lloyds TSB, the UK Civil Service and Adur & Worthing Local Authority.
Outside of work, Dahna lives in Hertfordshire with her son James. Much of her personal life centres around contemplative practice, wellbeing and time in nature.
