Coral is Mayvin's HR and Compliance Manager. She holds a CIPD Level 3 qualification and has developed a genuine specialism in organisational compliance and HR, ensuring Mayvin remains well run, compliant and resilient.
In her role, Coral leads Mayvin's compliance function including GDPR and data protection, Cyber Essentials Plus certification, insurance and supplier risk management, and policy and governance design - working closely with Directors and colleagues across HR processes, employment matters and operational governance.
Outside of work Coral loves spending time with family and friends, including her niece and nephew. She is also a devoted cat mum to the much loved Trooper, and enjoys travelling to new and favourite places whenever the opportunity arises.
