Sarah has been on maternity leave after welcoming the very cute Rowan in to the world last year. We are very pleased to say she is now back 'in the office' and it's as if she's never been away. Sarah’s projects tend to fall into a few key areas:
- leadership and culture change for managers and leaders
- facilitation of action learning based change
- the design and delivery of strategy development processes.
She also has a specific interest in gender diversity and women’s leadership, designing innovative approach to tackling issues across different sectors. Working with individuals at all levels from emerging managers, through to Board and senior management teams, her focus is always on finding approaches that people can immediately bring into practice.
Carolyn joined us on secondment from the Civil Service as maternity cover for Sarah Fraser, but she is too good so we have decided to keep her!
Carolyn has over 25 years of public sector experience leading teams and services in a variety of change and L&D roles and was there at the start of OD’s development in the NHS.
