We are honoured to be co-hosting this event with special guest and dear friend of Mayvin Sharon Varney.
Sharon is a leadership and change consultant, educator, and author of "Leadership in Complexity and Change: For a World in Constant Motion".
Sharon developed her deep expertise working in large, complex organisations including as Vice President for International Learning and Development at a US bank and Group Head of Learning and Communications at a global engineering company.
Following her award-winning doctoral research, she now works across a wide variety of business settings applying complexity science insights in her leadership and OD work.
