Why Join?

AI is no longer a solo productivity hack—“write faster, summarise better.” It’s entering the messy, relational space of teams. What does that mean for decision rights, metrics and how it feels to work in your organisation?

What happens when AI actually joins our teams?

You’ll prototype “Future-of…” scenarios, test human-AI collaboration patterns first-hand and leave with inspiration for your own first experiments to run tomorrow.

This one-day design jam will get you experimenting, designing and prototyping to find out what’s possible when we collaborate with AI in service of organisational change. We'll provoke and play with your own AI teaming challenges, both designing tools and reflecting on what happens when AI enters the messy, relational side of organisations and teams. You won’t walk away with a blueprint—but you will leave with new skills in teaming with AI and reimagining work as we know it.

What You’ll Get

We’ll be working live with real-world challenges, provocations, and your own questions. These are not sit-back-and-listen sessions. They’re participatory experiments. Think of it as a lab, a studio, and a campfire rolled into one.

You’ll leave with insights, practices, and experiments ready to test back in your own organisational context.

Because the future of AI in organisations isn’t something we can think our way into. It’s something we have to practice now, together.

What you'll do

  • Investigate key challenges drawn from the latest AI-OD research e.g. sharing irreversible vs. reversible decisions, designing next-gen KPIs and keeping human agency alive.
  • Jam in small teams on self-selected topics and grounded in research-based insights.
  • Prototype & test future scenarios using both physical and AI methods.
  • Experiment to learn – and learn to experiment on how AI might trigger and impact organisational change.
  • Map your own Teaming with AI experiments beyond the Jam for ongoing cross-disciplinary learning.
