She is passionate about helping individuals and teams to be their best, as an experienced coach she helps others to identify what is holding them back and what they need to be the best versions of themselves. She is also passionate about building the leadership capability of her clients, developing their emotional intelligence to work more effectively together and lead their organisations successfully through complex change. She also places great importance on ensuring business transformations intentionally evolve the organisational culture whilst not losing the elements that have been fundamental to their success.

She has worked with many FTSE 100 and international organisations, including Ocado Group, Home Retail Group, Philips, Best Buy (international), Carphone Warehouse, BP Retail (globally), Sainsbury and Lloyds TSB.
Tory lives in St Albans and has a young son called James. She loves being outdoors, Pilates, cooking and spending quality time with close friends and family.
