Hannah is a methodical and client focused administrator, her key strengths lie in communication and her skills in organisation and finance enable her to work effectively as part of the operations team at Mayvin supporting the consultants and clients.
Hannah has worked in administration for over a decade, entering the Financial Asset sector as a freelance administrator and research support for small boutique headhunting firms. More recently she was part of a team as an EMEA payroll specialist processing payrolls for over 15 different EMEA based clients.
Hannah’s approach has developed to suit the nature and pace of the environments she’s worked in – moving from lists on post-it notes to a detailed approach using multiple virtual-working tools and being able to prioritise at a glance while keeping her focus on delivering exceptional client support.
Hannah studied Music Performance at Brighton University, where she realised that she enjoyed research and paying attention to details with her dissertation looking more into the phycological effects of the fight or flight responses in performers and how removing a physical audience might play into how a musician performs.
When Hannah has the chance, she likes to look into how music betters people’s well-being and how it can affect the way an individual works, through ongoing research into music and art therapies.
When she isn’t working, Hannah spends her time playing her guitar and singing and trying to find new songs to learn. She has a vegetable patch she tends in her garden, she enjoys sewing – with her main focus being on creating jointed toys, and she is a keen gamer. Hannah also organises music and rhythm workshops for children at the local playgroups.
