Anne’s style is client-focused, highly professional, engaging, open, knowledgeable and insightful with the right balance of support and challenge. Her focus is on leadership development, interpersonal effectiveness and high-performance team building.

Anne is an international talent development and learning consultant with over twenty years of experience. She was a senior consultant for five years with Roffey Park Institute, where her role involved designing and delivering programmes for middle to executive management levels in private and public sector organisations often including executive coaching.

Currently Anne works with individuals as an executive coach, with groups/teams as a facilitator and with action learning sets. She is also experienced in blended learning and is an accredited virtual instructor.

Some examples of Anne’s recent work include facilitating a leadership development programme for senior managers at an international investment bank including virtual, classroom sessions and one-on-one coaching and delivering an extensive service quality improvement programme for a leading hotel’s management teams across Europe and the Middle East.

Anne has delivered several leadership development programmes for middle to senior managers for a range of organisations globally such as Bank of England, DEFRA, Ministry of Justice, DWF Law, First Title Insurance, Expedia, Toyota, Mazda, AB Volvo, Old Mutual plc, State Street, RBC Dexia, Bausch & Lomb, Smiths Group, BP, Experian and Pfizer. She has coached a number of senior managers and executives one-on-one.
Anne worked independently and was involved in delivering several leadership and change management programmes as well as large-scale customer service excellence initiatives for organisations such as Alliance & Leicester (now Santander) BT and mobile telecoms. Before this she worked for American Express Europe and had senior roles in management and leadership development culminating in her appointment to Director of European Operations Training.

Anne also has the appropriate qualifications to administer psychometric testing, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, TMS and Firo Elements. She is also a qualified learning set advisor, coach and highly experienced in working with 360 degree feedback instruments. Anne has extensive international experience having worked in North America, Europe, the Middle East, UAE, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Mexico City.
