Having lived in East Asia for six years, working as a coach and consultant with a range of multinational organisations, Alison is skilled in working cross culturally and is fascinated by how organisations run in an international context with the added complexity of cultural difference.
Alison is a highly experienced international coach and consultant with wide ranging experience of working with senior executives and their leadership teams on their development. She has also lead large-scale culture transformation programmes with a number of organsiations. As Head of Media for one of the world’s largest international development agencies, Alison honed her skills in leading a team in a global, fast moving and complex environment, influencing across networks and organisational boundaries to deliver great results. With nearly two decades of experience as a coach and principal consultant she has developed innovative solutions and approaches to leadership and change challenges. Alison’s breadth of experience across sectors and cultures and her skills in supporting clients to be the very best they can be, means that her work with organisations has lasting impact.
Her client base spans global companies and organisations across the private, public and not for profit sectors. She has led and designed major award-winning culture change programmes for a number of organisations including the transport sector, automotive industry, housing associations and local government.
She has been an executive coach and team coach for a number for a number of executive and senior teams in NHS, banking and financial services, Bank of England, International NGOs, UN, the RAF and local government. As an experienced and accredited coach, she has also provided coaching supervision and professional support to internal coaches across a range of sectors.
