Is it possible to grow capability in an organisation?
Mayvin Associate Peter Lawrence was asked by a client to explore a question surrounding the issue of capability. The client organisation had invested a significant amount of time, money and effort seeking to build OD capability. For some reason, there was a perception that the expected results had not materialised. Peter was asked to explore the possible reasons and come up with some suggestions.
