The Mayvin team has grown substantially over the last couple of years. It now includes a mix of OD practitioners and those that are not from an OD background. They specialise in other areas such as Operations, Marketing and Business Development. So at the beginning of 2021, we decided to run a development programme for the newest members of the Mayvin team, who are all non-OD practitioners.
The aim of the programme was to assist with their personal practice development and to encourage relationships across the team. At the end of the programme run by the wonderful Cathy Korn, the participants came together to reflect on their experience. They discussed what they expected vs what their experience was, what they gained from the programme and what they will be taking going forward. They recorded the conversation to share with you.
