For our next Artful Enquiry, we invite you to join us in exploring Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes (CWTP).
Writing creatively can enable us to reinterpret past experiences and imagine new possibilities for being and doing. Additionally, creative writing can be used to bolster health, well-being, and personal development for ourselves and our clients.
Our host Geoff Mead will share his insights from this emerging field, followed by some practical writing exercises and a space for you to explore what you have written and how you might apply such techniques.
ABOUT THE HOST
Geoff Mead, PhD is an experienced coach and organizational practitioner. He has written many professional and academic articles and published several books of non-fiction, memoir, poetry, and fiction. He teaches on the Executive Doctorate in Organizational Change at Ashridge, is currently working on a novel exploring love, loss, and letting go in late-adulthood, and has recently completed an MSc in CWTP with Metanoia Institute and Middlesex University.
