We are pleased to share some updates from the Mayvin team as we look ahead to our second decade as a business.

Throughout the past few months, we have been continuing to support our clients to find a positive way through discontinuous change during these uncertain times.

We are looking to the future with optimism and as we add to our client portfolio we are correspondingly growing the Mayvin team.

Expanding our team of consultants

In the autumn, we plan to resume the recruitment process for a new Principal Consultant to join our growing consultant team. Of course, times remain uncertain but we hope to be in a position to invite applications in September or October. The role may be of interest to you if you are looking for:

  • a place to develop your practice
  • an exceptional team that aims to walk its talk
  • a broad range of sectors to work in
  • the opportunity to work at the heart of organisations, not always at the top, but always where it matters, in the here and now

Welcoming Charlotte Smith to the Mayvin team

We are delighted to welcome Charlotte Smith to our growing team of Client Coordinators. Before joining Mayvin, Charlotte was Project Coordinator at ViRTUS, a Leadership Development company based in Vancouver. Charlotte is now enjoying settling into her new home in Hove, East Sussex. She loves to travel and has backpacked to 10 countries within five months. Charlotte is supporting our work with a major new client as we design and deliver an accredited virtual OD and change programme.

At the end of August, Mayvin bids farewell to Pip Rowson, Marketing & Business Development Manager, who is moving on to focus on her freelance practice as a content writer, copy-editor and proofreader. Pip joined Mayvin in 2013 as our first employee and many of you will know her from our Mayvin Community events. We're sure you'll join us in wishing her well!

Growing Mayvin's Marketing and Business Development team

We are growing our Marketing and Business Development team to continue to champion people change in organisations and to support our Mayvin Community of OD & D, HR and Change practitioners.

The recruitment process is underway for a new Business Development Coordinator and we are also recruiting for a Marketing and Business Development Manager and a new Marketing Coordinator.
