Linda is an independent consultant, coach, researcher and author. Her latest books include Engaged: unleashing the potential of your organisation through employee engagement (with G. Matthews, Jossey Bass, 2012), Organisation Development: a practitioners’ guide (Second Edition, with M-Y Cheung-Judge, May 2015) and The Agile Organization (Kogan Page, June 2015). Linda was previously Research and Policy Director at the CIPD, Director of Leadership and Consultancy at the Work Foundation and Director of Research and Strategy at Roffey Park. She is now an adviser to several boards, Visiting Professor at five UK universities, Fellow of Roffey Park and of the Institute for Employment Studies (IES) and an Associate of Ashridge.
Linda works with client organisations from a wide variety of sectors and is also a regular contributor to national and international management conferences on themes such as sustainable high performance, the future of work and leading for engagement. She also runs workshops and masterclasses for HR and organisation development (OD) specialists on topics ranging from HR business planning to organisation design.
